Art As Spiritual Practice

  • Ahava Center for Spiritual Living 168 Burt Rd. Lexington United States (map)

This workshop is not about creating a beautiful outcome (but that will happen!) Rather, it’s about the process of picking up the pieces when things fall apart and finding new ways forward. Through meditation, painting and collage, we will experience bringing things together, letting them fall apart, and putting them back together again in new ways. We will explore leaning into discomfort, releasing attachment to how we thought things should be, accepting things as they are, and inviting an opening that allows us to find beauty in the unexpected.

Join us for this interactive, guided paint and collage experience.

Includes conversation, snacks, spiritual practice, music, art supplies, and a take-away 10 x 10 canvas.
